These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Quantum AI Canada website (quantum-a-i.ca) and the Quantum AI trading platform (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By completing Quantum AI registration and using the platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, are a resident of an eligible jurisdiction, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Quantum AI Canada.
2. Description of Service
Quantum AI Canada provides an AI-powered automated trading platform that connects users to regulated broker partners for the purpose of trading financial instruments including but not limited to stocks, cryptocurrencies, forex, and commodities. The Quantum AI platform itself is an intermediary technology service. Actual trading is executed through partnered regulated brokers.
3. Eligibility
To use the Quantum AI platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be a resident of a jurisdiction where use of the Service is legal
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Not have been previously suspended or removed from the platform
4. Account Registration
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Quantum AI login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Financial Risk Disclosure
Trading financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss. The Quantum AI platform's AI algorithms do not guarantee profitable outcomes. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You may lose some or all of your deposited capital. Only invest funds you can afford to lose entirely. This Service does not constitute financial advice.
6. Deposits and Withdrawals
The minimum deposit to activate Quantum AI trading is $250 CAD or equivalent. Deposits and withdrawals are processed by the partnered regulated broker, not directly by Quantum AI Canada. Processing times and methods may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or brokers.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Quantum AI platform's algorithms
- Create multiple accounts or misrepresent your identity
- Use the platform in a way that disrupts other users or the Service infrastructure
- Share your login credentials with third parties
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Quantum AI official website — including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software — is the intellectual property of Quantum AI Canada or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or use is prohibited.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, Quantum AI Canada shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, loss of profits, or loss of data. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you deposited in the thirty days preceding the claim.
10. Third-Party Services
The Quantum AI platform connects you to third-party regulated brokers and payment processors. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these third parties. You should review their terms and conditions independently.
11. Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via email.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
13. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Service after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will indicate the effective date of the most recent revision at the top of this page.
